ServicesAutomateAI & business automation

Automate the repetitive work. Keep the human parts.

If your team retypes the same data into three tools, follows up on leads late, or spends hours on work a system could do, that's the work to automate. We connect what you already use and add AI only where it genuinely helps.

01Sounds familiar?

If any of these describe your business, this is likely where to start.

  • Leads are followed up late, or not at all
  • The same data is typed into several tools
  • Your team spends hours on work a system could do
  • You want to use AI but don't know where it would actually help

02What you get

Improve how the business operates with AI and technology.

  • Lead capture and follow-up

Enquiries land in the right place, get an immediate response and a reminder to follow up, so none go cold.

  • Connected tools

Your forms, inbox, CRM, spreadsheets and messaging apps pass data to each other, so it's entered once.

  • AI assistants and agents

Assistants that answer common questions, draft replies or summarise documents, with a person kept in the loop where it matters.

  • Document and data processing

Turn invoices, forms and emails into structured records without manual copying.

  • Internal dashboards and reports

One place to see what's happening in the business, updated automatically.

  • APIs and custom integrations

When two systems don't talk to each other out of the box, we build the bridge.

03How it works

A focused version of the 7 stages we follow on every project. See the full approach

  1. 01

    Map

We follow one process end to end and find where time and errors leak out.

  2. 02

    Choose

We pick the smallest change that removes the most effort, and say plainly when AI isn't the answer.

  3. 03

    Build

We build and test the automation against your real data and edge cases.

  4. 04

    Hand over

You get documentation and a way to see what it's doing, and we adjust after it has run in practice.

It starts with a conversation about the problem. You don't need a brief.

05Common questions

What can be automated?

Anything repetitive that follows rules: lead routing, follow-ups, data entry between tools, reporting, document handling and first-line answers to common questions. A quick look at your process tells us what's worth automating.

Do I have to replace the tools I use?

Usually not. We connect the tools you already have, and only suggest a change if one of them is genuinely the blocker.

Do we need AI for this?

Often you don't. Plain workflow automation is more reliable and cheaper for rule-based work. We use AI where judgement or language is involved, and keep a person reviewing anything important.

How do you handle our data?

We agree what data each workflow needs before we connect anything, and only give it access to that.

How is it priced?

Scoped to the workflow. We usually recommend starting with one process so you can see the result before going further.
